PROJECT / 001
This classic Bexley, Ohio home sits on a half acre lot and boasts three story’s with basement, plus a three-car garage. It was built in the 1930s and has retained its strong foundation, original floors and wood craftsmanship over the years. The design direction made use of these original foundations, while adding in elements inspired by Ralph Lauren Home.
The home oozes the charm that is to be expected of Midwest dwellings of this era — a screened porch wraps around the foundation inviting guests from the moment of arrival. Stone and wrought iron features contribute to a rustic, warm environment, while reminding us of the history that comes with 85 years of inhabitance.
